Position Overview:
This position is responsible for a variety of welding related duties in the field.
Job Description:
Basic Functions:
- Weld / Repair 793 Frames in the field
- Weld / Repair / Machining on all other large mining Caterpillar equipment
- Weld Support for New Machine Assemblies (994K, D11, Etc...)
- 7x7 Shift Rotation (Days and Nights)
Qualifications:
- Previous fabrication and machining experience
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
- Computer literate and have the ability to contribute positively to a safe team environment
