Buchanan Technologies is hiring now an experienced Content Writer to fulfill a contract/temporary role. As the successful candidate for this role, you will perform a vital role in completing content/copy requests assigned per project plans, on time, and in accordance with the program's quality, branding, accessibility, and design guidelines. Your top-notch experience and expertise in website design and content management systems will help drive the business forward.

Requirements

MUST HAVES:

• 2 + years of proven experience in a similar role with proven success in content management
• Proficient knowledge and working experience with content creation to ensure digital properties have a consistent look and feel and are formatted to established standards
• Ability and strong working understanding of website design, content management systems, HTML, and Photoshop
• Experience using digital properties/channels is a definite asset
• Capability to seek improvement to processes and awareness to stay abreast of the latest technologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a creative mindset and strong interpersonal skills
• An inquiring mind with the ability to think outside the box and search for answers.
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in marketing, communications, or a related field
