The ideal candidate would possess the following skills:
-Ability to inspire and lead a team through goal setting and coaching.
-In depth knowledge of the internal workings of an automotive aftersales department.
-Excellent interpersonal, management, and customer service skills are essential.
-Creating a customer focused environment and continuously working to improve the customer’s experience.
-Ability to develop a service marketing plan and adapt it to changing circumstances.
-Advanced knowledge of automotive technical repair procedures and processes.
-Ability to forecast goals for sales, GP and key expenses. Monitor service department financials and adjust as required.
-Ability to fill in as a Service Advisor as required.
-Minimum 5 years of experience in Automotive aftersales.
-Supervisory experience required.
-CDK experience an asset.
-Warranty claiming experience an asset.
Strong benefits package and RRSP program. Compensation will be in line with experience.

Salary: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
