Job Title: Warehosue Logistics Specialist
Type: Permanent
Location: Mirabel, QC
We are seeking a Warehouse Logistics Specialist to join our team. You will be joining a company that specializes aerospacecombining engineering excellence and technology leadership. This position is for their Mirabel location- where they focus onprimarily repairing and assembling electrical wire harnesses.
Responsibilities:
- Daily ordering of electrical parts, including tracking and tracing and pick-up at various locations
- Make parts and wire kits parts from warehouse and external wire printing department
- Pre-assemble work packages for technicians)
- Keep track of inventory, order quantities and expiration dates
- Work together with international colleagues to solve supply-chain issues
- Maintain tool inventory including timely calibration of tools, the drop off and pick up with the local calibration company
- Order tools and other needs on the local market
- Follow company inventory processes in maintaining parts, including monthly and yearly inventory and usage for Quality and Cost purposes
- Data entry and document archiving
- Use and manage inventory files (Excel) use of ERP-portal for parts inventory and usage
Qualifications:
- Pro-active attitude
- Minimum High school diploma
- Valid drivers licence
- Bilingual
- PC-savvy and Superior Excel knowledge (Must have Excel)
- Excellent problem-solving skills, diligent and accurate in reporting
- Minimum two (2) years experience in similar environment, aviation or automotive industry is an asset
- Ability to work on all shifts and able to be on-call
