Video Technician Job at Pure AV
Position Summary: We are looking for part time and freelance camera and video technicians. An ideal opportunity for individuals with interest in the events industry with strong skills to operate different camera and video equipment and provide exceptional customer service. This is an ideal place to develop further skills while working along with other technicians.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Setup, strike and operating camera/video equipments at job sites
- Always providing highest level of customer service and be professional
- Troubleshooting any software or hardware issues that may arise
- Any additional duties as assigned by the project manager/ on site supervisor.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Strong technical and working knowledge of camera/video equipment ( projectors, media controllers, LED screens)
- Self- driven and motivated
- Good organization and time management skills
- Attention to detail and
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Comfortable lifting up to 50lbs
- Team player and responsible person
- Steel toe boots/ Safety shoes
- Able to commute to different locations in and around GTA
- Flexible to work weekends, early mornings and late nights
- Professional and customer service oriented
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- On call
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Greater Toronto Area, ON: reliably commute or be willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
Experience:
- video technician: 1 year (preferred)
