Delivery Tech Inc. is currently accepting resumes for a Class 1 driver.

Pay starts at $27.00 per hour

Candidates should have

• Minimum of 3 years experience driving heavy duty truck, from December, 2019-Deceber 2022.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the pickup and delivery courier industry
• Above 2 requirements must be proved with referrance letter or claims experiance letter.
• Clean drivers abstract (must bring for interview)
• Clean criminal record report (must provide at time of hiring)
• Able to locate addresses in Edmonton without the assistance of a GPS device.
• Able to hand bomb freight, push and pull skids of freight with a pallet jack.
• Must be able to work up to 12 hours per day if required, some evening and weekends
• willing to drive a 5-Ton truck or small van if required.

Candidates should be professional; customer service orientated, and practice safe driving policies. Most freight will require breakdown off a pallet onto cart and brought into the clients building, placing the freight where the client request. Drivers will require executing these deliveries with a positive attitude while maintaining a professional appearance.

Candidates will be required to work a full 12-hour shift if requested to. Shift hours vary however usually commence at 7:00 am. We also have a few evenings and weekends shifts that can be shared amongst all drivers. All drivers are required to wear company uniform and certified steel toe boots while on the job.
