Transportation Technology Teacher -- Full-time Contract (SDSS) Job at The Avon Maitland District School Board
The Avon Maitland District School Board is in need of a full-time teacher for Transportation Technology effective February 2, 2023. Applicants must be in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers or have their transitional certificate from the Ontario College of Teachers.
Location: Stratford District Secondary School (SDSS), Stratford, Ontario
Start Date: February 2, 2023
Required Qualifications
- Must hold the required divisional qualifications, as noted above, in order to be eligible for this position;
- Membership with the Ontario College of Teachers’ in good standing;
- Demonstrated experience in the assigned duties of a teacher as outlined in Regulation 298: Operation of Schools;
- Proven ability to maintain discipline in the classroom (classroom management);
- Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively in a team environment;
- Experience working with G-Suite (Gmail, Google Classroom, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.) products.
