Training Specialist
(Hybrid)
Support the User Readiness Project team on a number of major Digital Health projects for Lower Mainland Hospital sites. These applications are used by clinical stakeholders throughout hospital and long-term care environments. The project will require considerable training materials development, end user training and go-live/adoption support.

- Training material development and delivery (classroom)
- Materials include Quick Reference Guides, Videos, Computer Based Training, e-learning
- Application Training for hospital staff
- Go-Live Elbow Support
What you bring
Qualifications
- Articulate (e-learning software)
- Learning Management System - LMS experience desirable (understanding SCORMS etc.)
- Camtasia - video software application
- Good business writing skills
- End user training experience
- Project experience
- Typical Hours are 8-4pm but must be willing to work flexible days/hours during project training and go-live support periods

- As a strong asset for consideration, we are looking for our successful candidate to have; knowledge of social, economic, political and historical realities impacting indigenous communities and familiarity with Indigenous Cultural Safety and anti-racism and accompanying reports (BC DRIPA, TRC, etc.).

Job Type: Casual (Full-time hours)
Wage: $67,864 – 97,555 / year. The starting salary for this position would be determined with consideration of the successful candidate’s relevant education and experience, and would be in alignment with the provincial compensation reference plan. Salary will be prorated accordingly for part time roles.
