Job Description:
We are looking for candidates who are experienced and/or interested in becoming Tax -Preparers. Candidates considered will have a passion for dealing with people in a retail setting, have an aptitude for numbers and have flexible availability. As a tax preparer, we will provide you with the training and tools you require to competently complete and file income tax returns with the CRA. Responsibilities:
- Provide courteous and respectful customer service while engaging the client to prepare their tax returns.
- Follow all company policies and procedures with respect to document retention and confidentiality.
- Meet all tax deadlines.
- Introduce clients to a variety of other financial products and services available.
Requirements:
- Have a secondary education.
- Complete and pass all required tax-related courses; attend all trainings.
- Manage difficult clients when necessary and effectively problem solve.
- Willingness to do shift work, evenings and weekends as required.

Salary: From $16.00 per hour
