A DAY IN THE LIFE
In this position, key accountabilities include safety leadership, operational excellence, and financial performance. As a Site Supervisor, you are responsible to meet all the requirements of a Lead Tech and provide technical assistance to Service Technicians to resolve day to day issues. The position may require up to 15% travel per year. This site is an extremely unique and remote location on the north end of Vancouver Island surrounded by authentic, unspoiled nature.

✓ You will need a safety-focused mindset to ensure compliance and optimal safety results leading a team that demonstrates safe behaviors
✓ Your positive attitude will contribute to your ability to develop a culture of engagement, excellence, and continuous improvement at the site
✓ You will be engaged in technical problem solving, handle the site budget, promote operational efficiency, and manage customer accounts and service contracts.
✓ You will bring an associate degree or equivalent years in management/leadership experience in a service field industry. Will consider 3-5yrs of similar industry or technology such as hydraulic, rotating heavy equipment service and maintenance.
