TeccWeb is an Epicor Services Partner comprised of a team of experts in Epicor ERP, Information Technology, Database Development, Program Customization, SSRS, Crystal Reports, Business Re-engineering and Employee Training providing enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions to mid-market companies around the world.

TeccWeb is continuing to grow and we are in need of an additional Senior Project Manager to service our growing customer base in North America. This position is remote but may require occasional travel to customer sites.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in the planning, executing, monitoring and closing Epicor implementations and projects
• Plan, organize, lead and monitor projects
• Provide guidance and mentoring to consultants assigned to your projects
• Build project plans and schedule resources
• Provide project risk analysis to customer
• Maintain overall control of the schedule, budget and scope
• Ensure that project plans and work products are based on approved and agreed upon requirements
• Prepare and manage deliverables (Project Plan, Project Change Request and Project List)
• Prepare reports for stake holders
• Act as a trusted advisor and maintain regular contact with the client PM and steering committee, providing the status of the project and any other requested documentation
• Perform weekly customer status calls
• Track the status of deliverables and any decisions made regarding Project Change Requests and outstanding issues
• Update appropriate documentation and project plan to reflect changes in requirements and commitments
• Review and approve consultant time entries on assigned projects
• Responsible for timely entry of time and expenses in project accounting system
• Remote position with occasional travel to customer sites

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Computer Applications or equivalent work experience
• Prior experience as a Project Manager with ERP software is required
• Previous experience with Epicor software in some relevant capacity is required
• Experience working in manufacturing/distribution
• Must have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively on a team
• Preference will be given to applicants with PMP Certification

Salary is commensurate with experience.
