Bell’s forward-thinking Customer Operations team is creating the ultimate service experience for our residential, wireless and small business consumers. We lead strategic development and execution of day-to-day operations, develop tools and processes to drive service enhancements, manage customer loyalty and retention, and leverage big data and artificial intelligence to create intellectual property.


Key Responsibilities


  • Managing relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders;
  • Analyzing results to understand and communicate weekly performance;
  • Questioning the way we do business and striving to improve the customer experience;
  • Brainstorming creative ways to address complex problems;
  • Crunching huge datasets into meaningful and actionable intelligence;
  • Finding opportunities by consolidating quantitative findings with qualitative inputs;
  • Presenting findings to Senior Managers to drive forth operational innovation;
  • Learning about operational processes by spending time with stakeholders.
