Summary

Reporting to the Manager, Sales Support, the Specialist, Sales Support manages the end to end process of onboarding and offboarding of NMT, MDU & SB programs nationally and leads projects to improve performance .

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the process and delivery of the onboarding and offboarding process of sales agents nationally
  • Lead the strategy for process and tool improvements
  • Manage the relationship with our merchandise, corporate security, brand, IT, health & safety, marketing and vendor partners
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate execution of timelines and process and to ensure alignment of strategies

Critical Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in a business discipline
  • Excellent interpersonal & collaborative skills
  • Self-starter, with the ability to manage and drive projects with limited supervision and to manage multiple projects in an organized manner
  • Good time management skills and an ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Detail oriented individual with ability to prioritize responsibilities
  • A history of successful project management
  • Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in community relations would be a strong asset
  • Knowledge of Salesforce
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects
