Site Project Coordinator

To add to this expertise, we are recruiting for a Site Project Coordinator in Yorkton, SK, to join our collaborative and team focused organization.

As our site Project Coordinator, you will work with internal/external consultants, sub-trades and project team participants throughout the management of the project.

Position Overview:

• Provide daily reports and scheduling updates to the project team.
• Attend safety / toolbox meetings. Ensure safety paperwork is completed and submitted accordingly.
• Coordinate survey and monthly quality checks ensuring that work completion is per the design.
• Manage field documents such as drawings, contract scopes, material tickets and timesheets for extras and change orders.
• Draft electronic RFI’s or NCR’s and submit to Project Manager.

Qualifications Needed:

• Post-secondary education in the field of engineering OR minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Coordinator in the construction industry.
• A clear communicator offering creative solutions while providing strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Experience using MS Office and MS Project
