In this permanent, full-time position, you will be the primary point of contact for mill entry and communications. You will be responsible for providing reception services to all external visitors and will provide general administrative support to the entire Operation.

Two positions are available, one located at Northwood Pulp Mill and the other, at Intercon Pulp Mill.

The life of the Site Coordinator includes:

• Providing reception services to all external visitors to the site
• Providing general administrative support to the Operation
• Ensuring awareness of and compliance with all occupational health, industrial hygiene, safety, and environmental policies and regulations
• Contractor Indoctrination and visitor PPE

• Excellent problem-solving skills

Ideally, you have completed your post-secondary education and have previous experience in leadership, HR systems, and/or development skills.
