Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by greeting customers.
  • Safely and timely transports customers to and from required destinations.
  • Assist customers with entering and exiting in and out of vehicles.
  • Organizing and cleaning the drive-thru area.
  • Execute a timely shuttle route.
  • Maintain a record of trips including names of passengers and destinations or pick-up points.
  • Picking up and Delivering customer vehicles.
  • Inform dispatcher or Service Manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance.
  • Keep abreast of dealership information so that guest questions can be answered.
  • Ability to work in adherence to company safety standards at all times.
  • Comply with all company policies, standards and procedures.
  • Other duties as required by management.


Skills and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is an asset.
  • Must possess a valid Ontario Class ‘G’ driver’s license and good drivers abstract.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills are required.
  • Ability to meet the needs of a diverse client base.
  • Customer service experience is an asset.
  • Ability to exhibit professionalism with a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule.
