Shop Cleaner

PWTransit may have the position for you! We are currently seeking a full-time Shop Cleaner to join our team in Whistler. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday 8:00 am until 4:30 pm. The hourly rate of pay is $23.66.
Duties:
- Cleaning and organizing the maintenance bays, shop area, tools, and various shop equipment
- Assisting warehouse with shipping / receiving and handling parts and goods
- Supporting in preparing buses for service (cleaning, fueling)
- Familiar with basic tools to help /support with minor repairs as part of facility and equipment maintenance
- Performing general facility cleaning duties, dumping trashcans and wash floors
Qualifications:
- Must have a Class 5 driver's license or higher
- Airbrake endorsement considered an asset
- Forklift experience considered an asset (willing to train)
- Ability to understand, speak, and write English in order to communicate effectively with the traveling public and to report on incidents involving safety and/or service
- No criminal convictions or pending charges relating directly to the Wash Bay Attendant position
