Bobcat of Red Deer (Calmont Equipment) has an exciting entry level opportunity for a motivated summer student within the company.

Job Overview

Reporting to the Parts Manager, this job will involve working in all Departments within the company, primarily in Parts and the Lot/ Yard. This position will play a intricate part when working with the Parts Technicians on day to day functions.

Some of the job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting technicians with tools

• Assisting around the shop with housekeeping, clean up, garbage etc.

• Washing equipment when necessary

• General Labour duties

• Yard duties - organizing incoming and outgoing machine intake

• Yard Maintenance

What We’re Looking For

Job Requirements
Job Qualifications:

High school/ college student
Mechanical thinker/ hand eye coordination
Ability to lift 25 lbs - 50 lbs.
Class 5 Drivers License
Energetic and friendly with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and organize workload in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail with the drive to meet tight deadlines

This position could be extended into a permanent part time/ full time position or an apprenticeship for the right candidate.
