As a Sales Representative with Covey Basics you will drive sales by interacting with existing and new customers, by phone, email and in person. Ideally, you will grow sales of the company's products and services by creating customer satisfaction and adding value to the customer's overall buying experience.

What you will do

· Provide excellent service to assigned accounts; create, strengthen and maintain
positive relationships with all customers, our team and our vendor partners.

· Generate new customers through cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings

· Increase sales by suggesting related items, explaining features, and checking
customer’s buying history

· Achieve revenue and sales targets

· Prepare, generate and follow up on verbal or written quotations to secure orders or
determine the reason for the loss of orders

· Resolve issues by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports as
well as making recommendations to management

· Identify ways for continuous improvement of processes

· Report industry trends, competitive pricing, and customer feedback to management

· Able to work independently with general supervision

What you will bring

· Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in a related field

· Knowledge and experience in Sales and Sales Administration

· Familiar with Microsoft Office, and ability to perform basic computer skills

· Valid provincial drivers license and clean driving abstract

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $38,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
