Overview

We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Vancouver HQ! Reporting to our Director, Merchandising, you’ll play an integral role as we expand into our wholesale channel by being the main point of contact for our major accounts across North America. As our Sales Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for supporting the strategic sales and budget goals for all our new and existing accounts in North America. This includes understanding our customer needs, brand awareness, trends, wholesale selling timelines and developing strong relationships with key clients.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support key accounts and provide timely support to stakeholders: Sales Agencies, corporate clients and internal teams
  • Handle administrative tasks related to sales, including order processing and contract management
  • Manage vendor portals and ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Maintain customer information on our ERP, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates
  • Monitor incoming orders and inventory levels to optimize sales performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions
  • Achieve long and short-term sales and budget goals by supporting existing accounts and sourcing new accounts to develop
  • Establish strong business relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders
  • Analyze sell-through on a weekly, monthly, and seasonal basis and understand trends across the industry

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a wholesale account management or relevant sales role; footwear and/or apparel industry experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • Excellent communication and organization skills; ability to sell the Vessi brand and form strong relationships across all levels of the key retail accounts
  • Self-motivated with a data-driven and customer-focused mindset
