  • Trans-Pro Logistics has been in business for over 30 years. We are third-party logistics experts offering transportation solutions throughout North America and Mexico. Because we're keeping up to speed with our ever-growing, exciting industry, we're looking to expand our sales teams in our Toronto office.

As a Sales Account Manager at Trans-Pro, your key responsibilities will include maintaining and building strong relationships with clients and suppliers, negotiating rates, researching market trends, and always providing excellent customer service. You will also be expected to learn all about our company's services and our industry in general and to work collaboratively with your colleagues to achieve company goals. Additionally, you must be willing to travel to meet with clients and suppliers and to stay up to date on industry developments.

What we offer:

  • Salary of 55K-65K to start, depending on experience. Once you reach senior level, you transition to our very competitive commission structure where your salary becomes entirely uncapped and where a six-digit annual salary becomes possible.

Note that this is a sales role and does involve cold calling and following KPIs. This is a great career opportunity for someone who considers themselves the entrepreneurial type. This is an entirely in-office position for about the first year, after which time remote work options become available.

A full-time, 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri, daytime availability is necessary, no part-time is possible and no internships are currently offered.
