THE TEAM
The mission of the Central Operations Department is to be the backend partner to our stores, ensuring the seamless running of the day-to-day retail business and initiatives.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing, and our Central Operations team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for ensuring our day-to-day retail business is running seamlessly and effectively across the front and back end. As the Manager, Central Operations, Clients, you will manage Client related cross-functional programs and events that support our retail business, ensuring alignment and building a united front between our stores and the support office. THE ROLE
As the Manager, Central Operations, Clients, you will:
  • Ensure that the most important Client lifecycles, programs, initiatives, and events are realized perfectly on an ongoing basis, acting as the subject matter expert
  • Seamlessly manage and run the events that directly support our people or client facing activities, including sales events, product launches, new boutique openings, and divisional events
  • Integrate new infrastructure or program enhancements into our boutiques, acting as the single point of contact for Retail teams to interface with the back end business and ensuring that any impacts are accounted for and change is managed effectively
  • Ensure that our people have the tools they need, when they need them

THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Manager, Central Operations, Clients has:
  • Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications
