Assign sales workers to duties, train and arrange for training of staff. Order merchandise, sell merchandise, and prepare reports and merchandise. Organize and maintain inventory. Assist in resolving any issues that arise, such as customer complaints, supply shortages, and supervise and coordinate activities for workers. Manage deposits and shift cuts, open and closing of store. Help in assisting with HSE reports and forms.
