We are looking for reliable and experienced Construction Labourers to join our awesome client in the East end for Restoration work at job sites throughout the city of Ottawa to do Fire & Smoke Remediation, Water Mitigation, Asbestos Abatement, Climate Control, Mold Remediation, Media Blasting, Bio/Trauma Scene Clean-up, and Content Processing

You will be working 7AM Monday – Friday, being okay with On call work when needed, with possibility of overtime work and weekend shifts. Hours can very 30-60 hour work weeks. You will need you own vehicle to drive to the location.

Training is provided by the client.

Having your Own tools is an ASSET

Starting wage $20-$25/hour dependent on experience, certifications, licenses and site premiums

Overtime and premiums to be expected.

In this role you will;

• Work with your hands
• Work In dusty and dirty environment for extended periods of time
• Accurate and on-time completion of paperwork
• Loading/unloading materials and equipment,
• Job site clean-up, and various maintenance tasks as needed
• Ability to work Mon-Fri (occasional weekends), starting as early as 7am with flexible end times

In this job you must:

• G Driver's license with a clear driver's abstract
• Be okay with getting a Canadian Government Security Clearance
• Have a reliable vehicle
• CSA Approved Steel toe boots
• Ability to work in different environmental conditions (dusty/dirty, indoors/ outdoors, hot/ cold)
• Be okay with wearing a respirator
• Work for extended periods of times
• Ability to work effectively as a team
• Have problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work OT and weekends when needed
