Confidential Company is hiring a Residential Site Supervisor for in the Prince Edward County/Belleville areas. A site supervisor's time is often split between 1 – 2 job sites. Communication is a key skill needed to excel in this role, as you will be in constant communication with the Project Manager, Project Coordinator and assisting with the supervision and coordination of sub-trades.

Responsibilities:
● Daily on-site supervision of participating trades, coordination and monitoring
● Ensuring safety board, and site desk are organized with all necessary documents accessible (construction drawings printed, safety documents, etc)
● Ensuring daily monitoring of onsite work is aligned with current drawing packages
● Ensuring site protection and access for trades
● Establishing material take-offs, pickups and ordering of material as requested or needed, delivering materials and tools from storage to project sites
● Ensuring site safety, and that job sites are meeting OHSA safety standards as set by the Ministry of Labour
● Ensuring good project housekeeping, that cleanliness standards are met
● Monitoring Project Schedule w/ Project Manager to ensure project is on schedule and timelines are met
● Ensure finished surfaces are protected
● Prepare project report for a weekly production meeting, ensure Project Manager is always aware of site happenings
● Monitoring internal humidity/temperature of project during build, document and send to PM
● Uploading progress photos to project management software
● Responsible for receiving and allocating of materials
● General labour, site cleaning, general carpentry, drywall repairs, etc.

Skills required:
● Ability to identify issues with finishes/structural problems before they occur
● Ability to read and analyze architectural drawings (structural, mechanical and interior)
● Excellent communication skills, and ability to concisely and accurately direct trades on site
● General knowledge of plumbing
● General knowledge of electrical
● General knowledge of HVAC
● Extensive knowledge of Structural Framing/Steel Erection and finish Carpentry/joinery
● Strong Carpentry Skils
● Ability and willingness to execute work (framing, electrical, plumbing, demolition) when required

Soft Skills Required:

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
