private label brokerage services. Our dynamic team is growing. Currently, we require the services of a
strong Reporting Coordinator.

Reporting directly to the Manager of BI & Reporting Services, the Reporting Coordinator will be
responsible for the extraction and maintenance of existing and new reporting data through internal and
external systems. To ensure the timely delivery and accuracy of reports to both external clients and
internal departments, the Reporting Coordinator will adhere to specific guidelines, deadlines and update
reporting processes as required. This role will also contribute to the expansion of our reporting
capabilities through the creation of new reports and dashboards. This role is based out of our Markham
office.

Responsibilities include: 

Extract weekly customer POS data from various customer portals and perform ad-hoc reporting
as required 

Coordinate and update user access information for various customer portals and internal BI tools 
Maintain and update reporting distribution lists as necessary 
Perform data entry/administration tasks for customer POS and deal portals 
Import and export a variety of data into MS SQL Server, including but not limited to Customer POS

data, trade promotion data, internal sales and inventory data 
Build queries and views through database tools such as MS SQL server and MS Access. 
Liaise with different internal departments, external clients and brokers on reporting needs. 
Build and maintain reports in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Sage Enterprise Intelligence

and Excel. 
Maintain clear documentation over all processes assigned to your responsibility.

Required Skills: 

Post-secondary education in the field of computer science, mathematics or statistics 

1-2 years of experience working in the reporting field 

Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Access and Excel preferred 

Experience in VBA, Tableau BI and/or Microsoft Power BI a strong asset 

Ability to gather, understand and assimilate data from a wide range of sources 

Strong problem-solving skills 

Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment 

Must have a passion for learning new technology
