Happy Tails Pet Resort & Camp has been known as 'Muskoka's Retreat for the Furry Elite' since 1996. Located just 5 minutes from downtown Huntsville, Ontario, our business is widely regarded as Canada's pioneer in cage-free pet care. Founder and Owner Lisa Brooks has spent over four decades as a professional in the dog industry.
A Remote Receptionist must be highly motivated person with strong customer service skills to provide assistance to existing and potential customers over the phone and through email correspondence. Customer inquiries are often related to our services, reservations made on our online booking system, payments, vaccinations and community engagement. Candidates must have strong communication and computer skills. Must have access to computer & phone with internet access and available on weekends.
Mainly needed on Saturdays and Sundays, additional days on rare occasions with lots of notice.
