Summary

Islington Village Chiropractic Health Centre is a busy multidisciplinary clinic located in Woodbridge, Ontario that has been established for over 22 years. Our patient base is very diversified ranging from athletes, office workers, families, and labourers. We have worked hard over the years to create a warm, comfortable environment to maximize patient care. We have a strong existing patient base and a great referral base with surrounding medical doctors.

We are looking for a physiotherapist that has a strong background in exercise management and rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Assessing patients, diagnosis, providing treatment plans and treatment.
• Proper counselling and education for patient conditions.
• Maintain proper record keeping.
• Consult with other healthcare providers to provide a well-rounded team approach to patient care.

Qualifications

• Registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and be in good standing.
• Knowledge in the latest rehabilitation exercises for the general population, athletes, seniors and post surgical patients.
• Must be able to develop and demonstrate personalized exercises for patients.
• Must believe that exercise management is an important part of maintaining patient health.
• Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy not needed but an asset
• Candidate must be positive, evidence based, self motivated and work well in a team environment.
• Proficient, professional, good communication skills, strong work ethic.

Salary: $60.00-$85.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
