Registered Clinical Counsellor/Registered Social Worker Job at Chilliwack Counselling
Chilliwack Counselling is looking for Registered Clinical Counsellors and Registered Clinical Social Workers to join our growing private practice. We provide Individual, Couples, and Family Counselling, and while we do offer Telehealth services, this position requires you to be available for in-person sessions IN CHILLIWACK. We are located Downtown Chilliwack and you have complete flexibility with your schedule (daytime, evening, weekends or a combination, the amount of hours you work, days off, etc). We also offer a generous pay structure. This is a contract position and it is a perfect opportunity for people who want to do private practice work. We work with a variety third party billers including ICBC, Worksafe BC, CVAP, and the First Nations Health Authority.
You must:
1. Be an active RCC/RSW in good standing
2. Have your own Professional Liability Insurance
3. Work from an eclectic approach and to be able to use a variety of therapeutic and clinical approaches such as CBT, DBT, EFT. Willing to learn our booking/invoicing software as you will be required to manage your own case load, take payments, invoice, etc
4. Supply your own smartphone
5. Be willing to register with our third party agencies such as CVAP, ICBC, and the FNHA
6. Given that our office is located downtown Chilliwack - the ideal candidate will live in or near Chilliwack
Compensation:
1. Varies on session type - up to $108.00 per 50 min session

2. You don’t have to manage any of the business aspects of having a private practice (advertising, marketing, finances, etc.,) Essentially all you do is show up to the office for your appointments, take payment, provide client's with an invoice and I manage the rest!
