Our head office is located on Collier Street in Barrie located within what is considered to be one of the first brick buildings built in Barrie. We have a very team-oriented environment and work in a collaborative fashion. We have grown substantially over the past five years and now have offices and employees based in the Caribbean and South East Asia.
We are seeking a hardworking, client focused Recruiter Associate for our Barrie office.
Recruiter Associate task will include involvement in candidate recruitment, qualifying and interviewing (mainly via telephone) related to specific search assignments.
Skills/Qualifications:
· An individual with an interest and aptitude for telephone-based sales, and extensive internet and database research
· Recruiting experience
· Must be willing to approach information sources via phone as well as to utilize data from varieties of sources.
· Strong oral and written presentation skills, and experience with computer software.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office and database software applications
