Our well-established client in Calgary is currently seeking a Receptionist to join their friendly team for a contract role.
As the Receptionist, your day-to-day responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:
Greeting visitors
Answer phone calls
Assist with travel arrangements
Order office supplies and catering
Book boardrooms
Mail receiving and distribution
Coordinate courier shipments
Manage documents
Ad hoc duties as requested
Make a positive contribution as a Receptionist with our client. The successful Receptionist will possess the following:
Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong ability to meet multiple deadlines
Available to start immediately
