Receiving Supervisor Job at Atlantic Windows
Primary Responsibilities of the postion are:
· Supervise the replenishment/yard department.
· Overseeing Department Production and Quality
· Track and report inventory status
· Prioritize and delegate replenishment requests from supervisors
· Department cleanliness and safety
· Physical inventory counts.
· Ensure maintenance and inspection on equipment is completed according to the maintenance program.
· Ensure work procedures/instructions are being followed- Overseeing training of associates
· Manage and approve time/attendance in time keeping software
· Coach, develop and discipline & Complete performance appraisals.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
ü Strong attention to detail
ü Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
ü Proficient with MS office and other software
ü Time management skills
ü Self-starter; able to work independently
ü Team player; able to participate and positively contribute in cross-functional teams.
ü Knowledge and experience in the window and door industry would be considered a strong asset.
ü Willingness to accept new challenges.
