We provide turnkey supply-chain service for construction material as well as crating/packaging/marshalling and shipping via Sealift, Ground Transport & Air. We manage the logistics and provide excellent customer service support along the way, by planning and paying attention to every detail.

Position: Receiver

Receiver Role:

This position entails receiving all inbound material to our warehouse, excellent organizational, time management skills and working under pressure with extreme deadlines.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Inspects and coordinates all incoming material
• Prints out PO’s (purchase orders)
• Ensures that all incoming material matches our purchase orders without damages, defects, or discrepancies
• Must unpack, verify, and tag all incoming material with appropriate job information to ensure material is handled properly
• Is responsible for entering all received material on a PO (purchase order) into our data base
• When dealing with a discrepancy it is to be reported immediately to the Operations Manager or Purchasing department to rectify the issue in a timely manner
• Works closely with the picking department and our quality control coordinator
• Aids with any transportation issues/damages
• Handles all vendor returns
• Follows all health and safety regulations

• Strong prioritization and organization skills

• Critical thinker with a process improvement mindset
• Ability to interpret paperwork
• Outgoing and willing to work extra hours
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
• Ability to work autonomously
• Clear and concise communicator

• Experience operating a forklift, hand truck, or other equipment
• Be able to lift material up to 50 lbs.
