Responsibilities
- Open to learning new programs & technology
- Have “Win-Win” attitude in every situation
- Have a desire to share your talents
- Committed to your success
- Prospecting and networking for new clients
- Follow through on incoming leads and turn them into clients & deals
- Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc
- Willing and able to gather pricing information and market research for clients
- Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents and/or home sellers
- Show homes to prospective home buyer clients
- Write and negotiate offers
- Provide accurate information for properties to be listed
- Cooperate with Admin team for paperwork and other documents as required
- Effectively run open houses
- Maintain a positive attitude at all times
Qualifications
- Strong listening skills and able to uncover potential sales opportunities
- Enjoy working with others and have great communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with solution-oriented focus
- Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personality types
- Patience in learning new technology to be able to learn new programs with ease
- Independent and self-motivated
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
Flexible Language Requirement:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
