Responsibilities
Following task will come under support role. Associate should be flexible for work timing. Weekend support will be required.
Experience in support will help. Looking for 5+ years of experience to support this role. Working knowledge in Python and SQL is must. Knowledge in Pandas, Kubernetes, Docker will help to in role. Good Analysis skill and communication skill required.
- Maintenance Tasks (non-Exhaustive)

- Disaster Recovery (DR) planning / annual exercise testing
- SSL cert updates
- TLS upgrades
- SSO upgrades
- Coordinate Penetration testing & remediation
- T3 Support issues
- Technology currency / upgrades,
- Enterprise campaigns / projects, as assigned
- Application control assessments (ACA)
- Supplier risk management assessments (SRMA)
- IIPM quality updates
- Cyber security compliance remediation / Coordination
- IIS compliance
- TSS middleware/DB
- DB security patch
- Non-personal ID (NPIDs)
- OpenShift (OCP) vulnerabilities
- Firewall attestations
- Crypto failures
