McMan Youth, Family and Community Services Association of Calgary & Area (McMan) is a responsive and innovative organization making a difference in the lives of more than 3000 vulnerable children, youth and families annually. We support children, youth and families with complex needs that can include mental health issues, addictions, homelessness, poverty and disability by providing them with the services and supports they need to thrive.

McMan is recruiting for a Program Supervisor for our Okotoks Community Resource Centre. This position is responsible for organizing and coordinating all general aspects of the program including hiring, employee evaluations, leadership, staff supervision, financial management, monthly and quarterly statistics. The Program Supervisor ensures program goals and objectives are maintained and developed according to contract guidelines while adhering to McMan’s values and service delivery framework. The supervisor provides oversight over service delivery aspects of the program including; case management, crisis support, outreach and intervention services to clients in the program. Working with the Program Manager, this position will achieve program and organizational goals and serve as an integral member of the leadership team.

Minimum Qualifications:

- A degree or diploma in a Human Services field
- Experience and understanding of diverse family and cultural values and traditions
- A good knowledge of community resources in Okotoks and surrounding communities
- Previous program delivery experience in a similar program environment
- The ability to hire, train, evaluate, motivate, mentor, coach and develop a successful staff team utilizing Reflective Supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills, counseling skills, program planning & administrative abilities
- Two years’ supervisory experience managing a team is required
- All applicants must have a current Police and Child Welfare check
- Valid Drivers’ license and automobile insurance are required.

Salary Range: $65,203.00- $72,448.00
