Pool Ticket Office Attendant Job at Fairmont Hot Springs Resort
Position Summary - The Ticket Office Attendant is responsible to provide friendly, informative, efficient service to our guests visiting the Hot Springs.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Is responsible for all pool admissions to facility.
- Is responsible for the appearance of pool entry, neat and tidy.
- Deals with outside calls for information and school/group bookings.
- Operation of financial equipment.
- Stocking up the supplies as required in the ticket office.
- Assisting in inventory.
- Co-operate and accept other assignments as and when required.
Minimum Qualifications & Skills:
- Have a Secondary education or higher.
- Knowledge of computers and POS systems.
- Great customer service and public relation skills.
- Must be a strong communicator.
