A career in Partner Affairs, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to provide strategic and operational support to current and former partners of the Firm. You’ll have a big part in supporting our partners from assisting with partner admissions and talent development to partner compensation, administration, and benefits. The Partner Experience (PE) team at PwC Canada provides Human Capital support to over 600 partners. The PE team includes Human Resources, Talent, and Development professionals. Our mission is to enable our partners to fulfill their potential as inclusive, digitally enabled leaders and achieve business results. We do this by partnering with our business leaders to deliver an innovative, high quality, technology- enabled experience across the partner talent life cycle.

Meaningful work you’ll be part of

As a Partner Experience Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Partner with senior stakeholders across the firm to deliver on key moments that matter in the partner lifecycle including admissions, partner policies, benefits, leaves, retirements and withdrawals

  • In collaboration with Partner Experience Director, lead, motivate and coach a team (including a resource in an acceleration centre) to enable the best possible partner experience

  • Liaise with Partner Accounting, Total Rewards, HC Technology, Finance, LoS Leaders, CFO/CRO, Global Mobility, Independence, Security and National Admin Team to ensure optimal and streamlined service for our Partners

  • Liaise with OGC to ensure that risk to the firm is minimized

  • Monitor and make recommendations for continuous improvement of Partner policies and practices to deliver an inclusive tech-enabled experience for our Partners

  • Oversight of reporting for all Partner data including for Global Partner Affairs (e.g. partner reports, GRP evaluation, TSP multiples and partner admissions)

  • Responsible for data integrity in Workday, oversight of Partner Experience Inbox, SNow tickets and maintaining Partner Experience Daily Hub

  • Responsible for oversight of retired partner contracts working with senior stakeholders and OGC

  • Manage other projects as requested

Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve

  • Experience in a series of progressive HR roles, ideally within a professional services firm

  • An in-depth understanding of human resources management and its link to business strategy

  • A strong operational HR background with broad experience in implementing comprehensive human resource programs in a constantly changing, dynamic environment

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven ability to collaboratively manage project teams and effectively coach team members

  • Strong team player

  • A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences, developing and coaching diverse teams, and ensuring diverse perspectives are heard
