The Leveraged Practice is seeking to add a supportive member to our growing team. You will be responsible for coming up with creative systems and strategies for collaborations, referrals, partnerships, and client services.

Ideal candidates will have experience in developing effective programs for outbound sales, client services, retention and upselling. They have exceptional abilities in oral and written communication, can handle direct feedback, and genuinely love to help others. They can demonstrate the ability to confidently convey feedback and direction in an empathetic and supportive way. Must love digital marketing, social media and online technology and enjoy finding ways to consistently innovate for improved results.

Job Details:

This is a full-time, permanent position with room to grow into your career with our company. The work is Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 4:30 pm EST. Apply only if you are local to the Hamilton/Burlington/Toronto area and willing to be in person 3 days per week at our home office.

Key Result: Engage, enrol, and retain new and current clients to achieve revenue goals

Key Objectives:

  • Social selling engagement and responses
  • Outreach activities for new leads and partners
  • Current client retention and up-sales/down-sales
  • Oversight of client experience and journey

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to existing leads to convert for current registration opportunities
  • Design new client personal outreach strategy
  • Use technology resources to find creative ways to drive response from potential clients
  • Use social selling opportunities, daily, to connect with current and potential clients.
  • Use social selling techniques to increase attendance to webinars, courses and other top-of-funnel offers
  • Design client journey for each category of business (coaching, courses, software) and engagement experience
  • Support new members within our client on-boarding process, orientation and activation
  • Build ongoing relationships with current clients to foster engagement, retention and request referrals
  • Connect and communicate with current and past clients to nurture relationships and request referrals
  • Connect with potential clients via email, text, and social media daily
  • Upsell clients into the next level of programming or courses
  • Build testimonial collection strategy and implement ongoing methods to capture client feedback.
  • Create and manage the Ambassador/Affiliate program including relationship building
  • Manage podcast guests, podcast pitches and outbound pitches for collaborations, podcasting, partnerships and events
  • Manage Excel spreadsheets and project management boards (CLICKUP software) to track clients, call bookings, gift giving, calendar updates, etc.
