About Us

Aboard has built a platform that helps organizations deliver exceptional employee experiences. You know onboarding right? That typically awkward period starting from your 1st day at a new job. What about offboarding? That even more awkward period that lasts typically 2 weeks. Well, it doesn’t have to be like that. We’ve fixed it. And we wanna fix more.

Here’s the day-to-day:

• Shadowing (and eventually handling) customer calls
• Shadowing sales calls
• Documenting processes & building templates
• Social media posts (supported by team brainstorming)
• Supporting Product & QA
• Co-hosting & attending HR/People Ops related events
• Daily team huddles to celebrate wins and share goals

Here’s the big picture:

• Set yourself up for a successful career by learning the necessary fundamentals to be a great leader and executive
• Interacting with C-suite/VP level leaders in the HR/People space
• Working closely with Aboard's founding team, having a major influence on the future of the company
