Responsibilities:

• Have the passion to work in the pet industry.
• Identifies advantages and compares the company’s products.
• Researches sources for developing prospective customers to determine their potential and promote our product line to pet salons, and pet grooming academies globally.

• Conducts follow-up of leads and customer retention/service calls through means of telephone and online contact to identify customer needs.

• Develops customized solutions based on customer needs.
• Reply daily email, FaceBook message, and Instagram message and establishes a professional working relationship with customers.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

• Degree/Diploma in Business Admin, Sales or Marketing
• Proficiency in using web bases CRM tools and familiar with Shopify.
• Known well about social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.)
• Passionate, determined, and professional
• Well organized with superior time management skills; extremely high attention to detail
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral; superior listening skills.
• Consumer goods experience considered an asset
• Remote work
• At least 1-year sales experience

Salary: $18.00-$21.00 per hour + Bonus

• 7 hour shift,9am to 12pm,1pm to 5pm
