Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the ideal candidate will have 2+ years of Office Administration experience. Responsibilities:

  • Manage all administration for the office and staff
  • Payroll duties including data input and preparing payroll for submission
  • Prepare bank deposits and forward appropriate documentation to leaders
  • Accounts Payable administration

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of Office administration experience
  • Strong communications skills
  • Highly organized
  • Knowledge of Payroll and accounting admin considered an asset
