We are an accounting firm based in Ottawa and we are looking for an office administrator / receptionist to join our team. This will be a full-time position with a detailed job description below. Qualified candidate should be able to work in a team environment to ensure smooth workflow in the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet in-person clients
  • Answer telephone enquiries and messages
  • Receive and send client's files, register and track WIP list
  • Schedule and manage appointments and office agenda
  • Organize and file working papers documents
  • E-file tax returns T1, T2, T4&T5, etc.
  • Manage other ad-hoc office duties

Qualifications:

  • Strong Work Ethics and integrity
  • Familiar with office setting
  • Prudent and attention to details
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Willingness to work overtime during busy seasons
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From $35,000.00 per year
