Office Administrator Job at A.S.A.P Ventures LTD (Situated in Victoria B.C)
ASAP Appliance Repair & Installation is looking for a FULL-TIME Remote Worker, that is dedicated to helping us expand our business. Our company started in 2010 and has expanded to include 12 technicians who service and install major appliances from Victoria to Campbell River. We want to add a new, talented individual to our 10 person team that will be driven to help us succeed during our major growth period. We are expanding up-island and increasing our service offerings.

What duties would you be involved in?
- Scheduling technicians by job type, area, and hours - effectively and efficiently
- Following up on service call leads promptly via email and phone
- Building rapport with customers and our partnering stores
- Accurately acquire customer information and producing tickets that contain correct and detailed information for the technicians
- Using keen attention to details to complete invoicing, accurately and in a timely fashion
- Contribute to our marketing and business development with strong and creative ideas
Requirements for the position:
- 1 year minimum experience in a customer service role
- Post-secondary degree is preferred
- Self-starter with a bubbly personality, positive attitude, and investment into their work
- Excellent and confident communication skills via email and phone
- Ability to perform essential functions in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing demands
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $20.00 per hour
