Alliance Diagnostics and Treatments Inc is a multidisciplinary health care center, specializing in treatments and assessments for clients who have been affected by a motor vehicle accident. We are looking to expand our team of healthcare professionals, and would be happy to hear from you if you are an experienced Registered Occupational Therapist. We offer an excellent compensation package and flexible work schedule.
Responsibilities and Duties:
As a part of the team, as an Occupational Therapist, your responsibilities will include: Maintaining accurate assessment and therapy notes
Development of treatment plans addressing Activities of Daily Living, Cognitive abilities etc.
Conducting assessments such as, Cognitive, worksite, and home safety assessments.
Planning Hospital Discharges
Recommendation of Assistive Devices
Responsible for the assessment of clients, establishment and ongoing evaluation and revision of treatment programs, including goals and discharge plans.
Qualifications and Skills:
Be registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
Ability to work with documentation meticulously
Ability to work well on a multidisciplinary medical team Demonstrate great interpersonal skills, communication, problem solving and decision making skills
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Salary: Negotiable

Part-time hours: 40 per week
Salary: $45.00-$60.00 per hour
