What is the job?
Following strict recipes and procedures and setting-up equipment to batch and mix ingredients for cake production
Following production guidelines to produce high quality cakes and desserts
Following operating procedures for all recipe formulations and department specifications
Preparing and cleaning the mixing area
Following the food safety and quality protocols and policies
What you bring to the job?
Experience in food manufacturing
Availability to work overnight
Ability to lift up to 55lbs, climb stairs, navigate around manufacturing equipment
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
