AWS/CES is looking for an Millwright in Ridgetown ON.
Salary- $40 an hour
Shift- Rotating shift every 2 weeks on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.
Must have a 433A license
This is a direct-hire position with a complete benefits package.
Essential Functions:
Millwright will maintain a Preventative Maintenance schedule
Perform full diagnostics on equipment and advise the Maintenance Supervisor and Purchasing Manager of parts required to perform necessary Mechanical and Electrical troubleshooting and electrical repairs
Physically maintain machines and equipment
Millwright must ensure all paperwork and logs are completed prior to shift end
Millwright must follow Machine Safety Guidelines, ensure proper lock out/tag out procedures are followed at all times
Required Education and Experience:
COQ Industrial Millwright with 5 yrs. experience
High degree of mechanical aptitude and complete understanding of Mechanical and Electrical procedures
Knowledge of machine rigging procedures
Knowledge of machining and welding
Ability to read drawings, blueprints, specifications and manuals
Ability to incorporate technical reports
Good communicator in the English language (written and oral)
Millwright needs to have experience with repairing large tonnage presses, and performing Preventative Maintenance
