Do you have Material Management (MM) experience? We are #hiring a Master Data Analyst to lead MM data quality improvement for the refinery and to support various team members across the organization who create and consume master data. In this role, you will be responsible to increase the overall data quality of MM for the Sarnia Refinery, increase MM usage at site for vendor transactions, and act as a main liaison for all key stakeholders at site. You will Provide support to the reliability and maintenance groups on a continual basis to improve work execution and utilization as you build strong positive relationships and collaborate with cross functional teams to improve the reliability of all assets
Minimum Requirements:
  • Post-Secondary education in a technical field
  • 10 years of experience working within SAP, data export, report generation and transactions
  • Advanced knowledge of processes and systems
  • Ability to apply system knowledge to make recommendations
  • Ability to conduct advanced analysis and present clear and concise results
Responsibilities:
  • Show dedication and support to our safety culture and programs through effective reliability programs and a strong safety focus
  • Lead site-wide material master data initiatives, including offsite warehousing consolidation efforts, etc.
  • Enforce our standards and guidelines on SAP master data as well as setting up master data components including functional locations, equipment objects, material masters (MM), bill of materials
  • Alignment with the current Supply Chain Management governance team to ensure quality of MM creation and edits
  • Committed to improving equipment reliability and costs through high quality maintenance programs
  • Pursue learning through continuous improvement of master data and reliability programs
  • Coach and mentor peers on SAP/ master data governance (MDG) processes and tools, as well as participate in the communities of practice
Location and other Key Details:
  • You will work out of our Sarnia refinery in Ontario, located at 1900 St. Clair Parkway
  • Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday
