We are currently recruiting the following Manufacturing Engineer position for our client.
Position: Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Near the Chatham-Kent, On Area
Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 per year + OT pay
Shift: Afternoon Shift
Duration: Permanent Full Time position
Requirements & Overview:
- 2-3 years experience in an automotive manufacturing environment
- Responsible for overseeing all manufacturing processes, ensure a reliable process, a safe environment, a quality product & efficient plant
- Assist in the planning, specification, procurement, installation & launch all new tooling & equipment required for new programs
- Manage engineering changes to tooling & equipment
- Develop & maintain preventative maintenance program when required
- Documentation of all processes such as flow chart, operator instructions, PFMEA’s, changeover procedures
- Troubleshoot pneumatic, electrical & hydraulic equipment
- Working with supervisors & quality departments to solve manufacturing and assembly problems
