CGI’s Total Compensation Center of Expertise is looking for a senior compensation professional to join its executive compensation and ownership team. This role is an excellent opportunity to join a passionate team at a high growth mission driven company. The Manager will contribute to the deployment and evolution of the programs supporting CGI’s entrepreneurial culture. These programs are offered throughout more than 30 countries in a fast moving, evolving environment which requires the re-evaluation of existing practices; the development of new systems and processes; and significant work on the communication of the programs.

Your future duties and responsibilities
  • Develop and prepare material for Compensation Committee meetings.
  • Oversee administration of the share-based programs including the share purchase plan and long-term incentives. Key contact person with the Administrator of our share-based programs.
  • Key role in the preparation of the proxy circular in collaboration with the legal team.
  • Lead projects involving development of technology to support our programs.
  • Create effective executive compensation communications
  • Maintain and monitor our current processes, provide solutions to increase efficiency.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of current and emerging legal, regulatory and legislative requirements and impacts to compensation programs.
  • Lead special projects as they arise.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar or related position
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite
  • Proven project management skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Interest in business, compensation and financial concepts and working in a global environment
  • Structured, organized and autonomous
  • Capable of performing quality work within tight deadlines and with rigor to meet the objectives
